Removing Content Lock - Tried all options

Hello

I wish to remove content lock, however I only have a debit card so can't do it over the phone and went to a ee shop and was told they can't remove content lock on pay as you go phones.

So I was wondering what my options are?

Hi yes I would like to remove it I have 4.70 on my account please could you brake it out of that please

@y64ws4 You need to prove your over 18 to have content lock removed. Credit on your account doesn’t mean you’re over 18.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
