I received 2 texts with 4 didget pin codes this morning which I didn't request

If you have received PIN codes from us that you did not request, please contact us as soon as possible so that one of our team can check your account to see why those PINs were sent out, and make sure no one has accessed your account.

I have tried to contact EE but cant speak to anyone.

@Kerry2004 What do you mean, what exactly is happening when you try and call us on 150?

Tried to speak to someone earlier and couldn't.
Ive now sent another request for someone to call me back. 👍

@Kerry2004 , how did you send the request for someone to call you back?

Did you try ringing 150 and then press option 2? This should get you through to speak to someone at customer service.
