Just to be safe, if you use the same password and email you entered anywhere, I would suggest changing this.
If you still have the text could you forward this to 7726, we will get this looked into.

Got the same message - really dangerous! The website asks for all sorts of things, including bank number, sort code, and passwords. EE need to alert people about this ASAP.

If you've not done so already, I strongly recommend reporting this spam message by forwarding it (free) to 7726 (SPAM) on your keyboard.

11.5.21 I received similar text today ie payment for your latest bill could not be processed by your bank. Please update your payment information via...…...
I checked with EE and was told it is probably a scam and I should send it on to 7726... I tried, but it would not send. This was the address to reply to

If you hold down on the message and select forward, enter the number 7726 this should work for you 🙂

@gillllo2 : It's a scam! There are many of these going the rounds. EE would never send you a msg asking you to click on a link in order to update your a/c.
Report it to your network provider by forwarding the text to 7726 (S.P.A.M. on your keypad).
That domain, faked to look like EE, was only created today in Texas. Browsers are already warning it's dangerous.
