Hello,

please can my privacy be turned off so I can play games on my phone.

@Cgreaves91  I think you mean content lock.    You’ll need to call customer services and with a credit card pay a refundable token to have this removed or you can not to any EE store to request this, you’ll need photo ID with you. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
