Possible fraud?

I hear just received a txt from 150 to say I have ordered a ESim, I haven’t.
I then received a txt to confirm a PIN number for something.
The message said if this was not me to call 150 ASAP.

I am unable to call them now until Monday morning as they are closed, but am worried someone is using my details. Is there any other way to contact EE to find out what’s going on?

@DPage1  If anyone calls you do not give them the PIN number regardless of who they say they are. Customer services at the moment is closed so EE will not call you at the moment.

Don’t trust anyone who calls you and asks you any information.

You can call customer services tomorrow as they are open tomorrow. Call them on 150 from your device.  Tell them what’s happened and you do not what to change networks at present.

Change your EE account password also just to be safe.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
