@Lola2711 you can call customer services and with a credit card pay a refundable token to content lock removed or you can go to an EE store and make this request there. You’ll need in date photo ID with you if you go to a store

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
