I get the below error when I click the identity function in the app.

Did you ever figure out what was the problem? I keep getting the exact same thing, and am not able to use this feature. Any help please would be appreciated

I’m sorry, but this doesn’t help with the above question. I am getting the same thing and am not able to use the feature. Any suggestions please?
