Hello, I've just set up Norton cyber security and trying to turn on the VPN but it just says 'unavailable' has anyone else had this issue? It's the only reason I wanted to set it up to be honest and the key feature won't even turn on! It says I need to sign in which I obviously am even tried uninstalling the program and tried signing in and out multiple times!

@welshroces just to check you are signing in with your EE account login details ?

Yes I am! When I sign out and sign back in it prompts me to log in with my EE account

If you are still having issues after a new install I would recommend contacting Norton Support. They will be able to provide more specific support around using VPN.
