Seems EE still haven't fixed this internal issue as they keep passing the buck back to us the customer. This Scam is a data breach and they won't admit it. See l have more than one phone and it's only the EE one that gets these Scam messages within minutes after being on the website or telephone to EE.

So as a long term customer l ask you send out a scam warning to all customers as not everyone comes here for answers. This should have been done months ago ohhh wait mote than a year ago. Denial is not bless. Comment if you agree with my idea...

Hi from EE, We've notice that the EE Points in your account (5340 points) will expire in 3 working days. Please redeem the points for available rewards in time. Visit https://rb.gy/rtde7z?VVJ=89vlH6EQGP for more information.

@Joseph1016 : It's a scam! There are many of these going the rounds. EE would never send you a msg asking you to click on a link in order to access your a/c. The URL to be clicked is obviously not EE's. Hope you didn't click in it.

Report spam texts to your network provider by forwarding the text to 7726 (S.P.A.M. on your keypad).
