Hi @Loubylove,

Welcome to the EE Community.

That isn't a genuine EE website.

If you have shared your card details, please contact your bank as soon as possible to report it.

James

@ianrobert62 : The only points you'll get if you responded to this msg is the £s taken from your bank a/c. A sure sign of a scam is to "act now or miss it"!

I've had a similar message recently from the number +44 7438 212702 with the below message;

EE points program reminds you:
Since you are a high-quality user of our company, we will give you some points as a gift. The points will expire in three working days. Please click on the link below to use your points to redeem prizes in time!

[link removed for safety reasons]

(Click the link now or copy and open in Google.)

EE wishes you a good trip!

I obviously assume this is a scam as it's come from a mobile number and not the standard '150' or 'MyEE' contact.

Is anyone able to shed any light on this?

I thought it seemed too good to be true that EE were giving away something for free. 😂

Hi I got this text. I stupidly clicked the link but might not have touched the screen properly as nothing opened or happened.

I certainly did not enter any info and nothing opened- like I say maybe I did not touch the link properly.

Should I be concerned? Any advice appreciated
