Hi is anyone else getting messages supposed to be from EE saying they've got thousands of rewards points that's going to be lost in 2 days if they dont click on the link to spend them?

If I was you I would check with your bank account to see if any money has been taken from it and report to them

I'm pretty good with being able to tell scams etc but thd fact it took me to the ee app made it look genuine

Personally I never clicked on the link but what give away to me was the spelling and the way the text laid out and the lack of any EE logo's and the fact they used a different mobile phone number for each message that I received

I got this today. I just wanna know how these scammers are able to get our numbers etc am certain someone who works at EE is given out our details for them to scam.

I no the scammers use computers to generate random mobile numbers once they have a few then they batch send the texts out to mobile networks then sit back and wait to see if anyone clicks on the links they provide that's how get peoples numbers

Wrote on earlier about scam the people doing it are using different mobile numbers, just received another one.
Please beware don't want anyone else being caught out like I nearly did
