Lost phone. Zero response from EE

Ok, I’m in Turkey. Lost my phone. My insurers won’t begin to look at a claim until ee block it.

so, no chat function on the site. Can’t call obviously. Twitter want me to upgrade before I can message them there, tried Facebook, no response. No email. No online form.

it almost as if ee have made it as difficult as possible to actually speak to someone if you’ve lost your phone.

ee just means total frustration

Welcome to the community. I'm sorry to hear that you've lost your phone.

You need to speak with our Mobile Care team as soon as possible to report it as lost. You can find our contact information, including an international number, on our Lost or Stolen Mobile Phone help page.

I know of other users in similar situations using a VoIP service, such as Skype, to contact us.
