Issues signing in with EE cyber protection monitoring on the app

When try to log into the monitoring on the EE cyber protection I am unable to click on the password part of it on my Android phone which is a Samsung A13

Can't select the login part

Any help of you grateful

How exactly is it you're getting to this login page, are you being directed through the app, or are you opening it in your phone's normal browser?
