I reported my phone missing whilst in Tenerife, it was handed in to reception after me blocking it. I have unsuspended the account from another device, yet it still isn’t working?

Is there a chance you requested your phone to be blacklisted?
I'd recommend giving us a call our customer care team can check your account.
