Free gift offer from EE,is this a scam?

I received a notification from what looked like EE saying I'm eligible for a free gift. Went through a survey (no major details given away) and now it has routed me to a different page ([mod edit: removed to ensure safety]) - has anyone else had this and is it legitimate?

I assume this is a scam as well “ you have been selected to be one of a hundred customers this month......”

Yes, I'm afraid so. The psychology is to make you feel like you are 'the
special one' and, like Charlie in the chocolate factory, you have a chance
for the golden bar of chocolate.

Once they have hooked you, it's relatively easy to reel you in and get your
account and payment details.

Hi, 

I also got a message from a number ( +44 7523 254788) claiming that I have a certain number of points on my EE account and therefore eligible for a 'reward'. Stupidly I didn't check to see if it was a scam and opened the link. It looked very professional and real. Can some please confirm if this is a scam of no. I have included the message below:

'EE: The points currently in your account (5340 points) will expire within three working days, please click the link below to redeem the rewards in time! [Link removed for safety reasons]'

I don't know if my PII was compromised, and if I should be doing anything to protect myself.

That isn't a genuine message from EE.

To report it, please forward the message to 7726.

Got the same thing here too yesterday, it's a pop up and I don't know where it came from.
