EE Cyber Security - View Licensed Devices

Hi,

I have just moved to EE from BT and reinstalled Norton with the EE version on my family's devices.

On BT there was a way to view/manage the licences/devices you'd installed it on, but I can't remember how to do it or find it.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Hey there @gibbylinks, thanks for reaching out to us about this.

You should be able to check out the linked devices with Cyber Security via your EE Account.

You can find out all the details on how to do this via our help page here 😊

@gibbylinks

There’s only the 2 of us and we spend more time on JL and M&S than anything else, so I haven’t bothered.

But there is a section for Norton in the EE app, so I assume you’d manage it there.

Someone more able than me will know the specifics.

That help page is no help as there is no Add-ons and benefits in my EE account.

This doesn’t exist when I go to the website

and if you try and manage it in the cyber security app and click on protect another device or subscriptions? All it does is let you add another device.app and click on protect another device or subscriptions? All it does is let you add another device.

there is no facility to manage drive you up the wall this is the only bad thing about this app. It’s really bad.there is no facility to manage drive you up the wall this is the only bad thing about this app. It’s really bad.

one of my handset is crashed and I had to set it back to factory settings and now I’ve got an extra subscription because I reinstalled the app.one of my handset is crashed and I had to set it back to factory settings and now I’ve got an extra subscription because I reinstalled the app.

In affect I’m using 3 subscriptions cause I can’t delete one of them and I’m only using it on two devices so frustrating
