I can't even activate it. It's a complete joke!!!!!! Follow the instructions via the text ee sent only to get "Please try activating again"
Can't see how to cancel either, so in short paying for something that doesn't work. Wished I'd followed my instincts and not gone with EE. Not good enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What browser were you using when you tried to access this?
Have you been able to try clearing the cookies and cache to see if that helps?
If you're still having trouble, I'd recommend speaking with our customer support team, they will be able to look into this further for you.
