I purchased the Arlo doorbell with two security cameras in April this year, it comes with a 24 month subscription. Does anyone know how I find the secure subscription code? I tried EE chat and they were useless! It wasn’t on any of the paperwork sent, and it wasn’t in (or on) either of the boxes. The free trial will run out in a few days, so any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If it is saying you don't have the add-on, I'd recommend calling our customer service guides so they can look into this further on your account.

We also brought the doorbell sub from EE. It has still not appeared in our app so we went back to the EE shop we bought the subscription through they gave us a piece of paper

with a QR code that just repeats the instructions to text CBADD AP24006 to 150

Texting ARLO gives
Then you need to set up an Arlo account, details for this with links are in the Doorbell box. You add you devices to the account and then activate with the code above

Has anyone successfully got a code, I got my Arlo last month, along with 2 new upgrade phones and broadband. I pay £11.00 a month for Tech but for the life of me I cannot find the code and my free trial is about to end

I also both the famous incredible bundle- doorbell and 2 cameras.
The set up for the app and the tech was pretty straightforward. Then I got to the point where I had nothing regarding the subscription and googled as most of us do. Had tried the ARLO to 150 and it’s kept failing to be sent. So I called EE and they said- they only sell it, anything to do with the subscription I need to contact Arlo company myself. This got me quite upset as it’s sold with the subscription- surely needed to be included. As it was the weekend I decided to wait until Monday and speak to Arlo & EE again. However after maybe half an hour- I got messages from EE- first few said you don’t have the system, but then there was one were they confirmed that they added the security system to my account and will send further information. I got the message with again asking to send ARLO to 150 - it still failed and decided to leave it for now. 10 min later a 16 digit/letter code came through. I went online to ARLO site and pressed to add voucher code from retail stores and it worked. I assume you can’t get it until they add it to your account and automatically send the code to your phone.
hopefully this information will help anyone else who needs this information
