Another user on my plan ? Unknown

Another number comes up when I click upgrade 

 

I can’t see their details apart from what phone and plan they have  but I added the number and it’s a young person from Southampton I’m from Darlington 

???? 

 

not a clue why persons number is an option on my upgrade page
