£30 additional trade in

I recently added a PS5 Pro to my plan and received everything as normal, however I was told I would receive a code to add £30 on to trade in my old console, however this has not arrived, and EE online chat has so far only attempted to upgrade my broadband so not particularly helpful. Can anyone help?
