Hello,
I left my job at EE in April of this year and am yet to hear anything from the company regarding my current colleague products and when these will switch to a standard plan. How can I find more information on this please? I called customer service and they advised me they couldn’t transfer me to the colleague product team, but also couldn’t provide me with a direct phone number.
any advice on next steps please?

Do you have your leavers' pack? You should have more information about the process and contact information there to be able to get in touch with the team.

Hi,
No I don’t, I never received a leavers pack. I had to contact HR directly to be able to access my payslips after I had left but never had a leavers pack?
