Age restricted gambling sites

Can you please advise if I've had an age restriction placed on my phone. I'm unable to access gambling sites whilst I'm on a 4G network but can still access non-gambling sites

@ash4932 : Yes, EE applies Content Lock to all a/c's. Are you on contract or PAYG?

  • On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
  • On PAYG: You can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

Hi @blakeddie

Thanks for stopping by the community.

Are you a pay as you go or pay monthly customer?

Pay monthly customers can remove content lock by logging in to their online account.

For pay as you go, customers will need to either give us a call or visit a local EE Store with Photo ID.

Photo ID accepted in store is a drivers license OR passport.
