To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@AlinaM1 , this may be a scam sent out to you, scam text and emails do happen, and would be nothing to do with EE, did you get a link to click on as well?
