Signed up for 100Gb SIM - only getting 50Gb!

Hi All,

 

Just switched out my wife and I to EE from Tesco (poor signal in our area!).  I signed up for the 100Gb SIM deal for both SIM cards - even have an email to prove it - but when I go to MyEE it's only showing 50Gb.

 

Any help or advice gratefully received.

I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can access your account and make sure it is set up correctly.

 

Let us know how you get on.

Apparently there’s been a bug in the system - data was supposed to be doubled, but the system missed it.

 

Excellent customer services team fixed it!
