Can’t text for pac code as I have a phone and watch on my account, also I’m keeping the number I’ve had with ee since 2013 and I’ve never needed a pac code for an upgrade before?

You don't need a PAC code if you are upgrading with us. Your new contract/device will automatically be linked to the existing number you have. 

Just be sure you are ordering an upgrade and not an extra line! 

If you do still need a PAC code, you'll need to contact Customer Care team to request this due to having multiple lines on your account.
