temporary number comes back to haunt me

Moved from BT to EE 3 weeks ago

New sim had a temp number whilst old number ported to ee

all done within 24 hours

some txts still being sent on temp number

not picking up contact details on some incoming txts

I would recommend reporting this to our technical care team who can complete a full diagnostics and ensure your number port has fully completed.
