Hi,
I've just upgraded my phone to the Oppo Find X5 Pro and I've also receieved a new SIM card to put into it. When I've opened up the phone itself I've found that I've been sent what appears to be a 'mini' SIM card rather than the 'Nano' sim card that this phone apparently uses? How do I get a new/replacement SIM card of the correct size?
Also when upgrading the Oppo had an offer for 'free headphones' are these sent seperately to the phone? I've receieved the phone but I've had no mention of the free headphones or what I need to be able to get them?
Many thanks.

Hello @MarkSolo ,
Welcome to the community,
Are you able to use your old SIM card in the new phone, as you do not necessarily need a new SIM card, this may sometimes be sent out. If your old SIM card fits and works, then you do not need a replacement SIM card.
You should be able to take out the nano sim, as it should be a multi SIM card which can be altered to the right size.
The free headphones will be sent after the 14 days has passed, just in case you decide to return your phone, as some people do.
