I have a query in that for some reason I am now unable to call from my EE MOBILE to my office landline which is Virgin. I have called off 4 mobiles now all EE contracts with no success. It rings and before it gets to being able to leave a voicemail it cuts me off.
Leaving a message on the Virgin landline is perfectly fine when calling from 02 or Vodafone contracts and also from home landline. Does anyone have any suggestions, Virgin has said there is no issue their end and it must be EE. I have no other issues with EE just being able to call and leave messages on the Virgin Landline which is vital for our work on a daily basis. Somewhat frustrated as Virgin are blaming Ed and visa versa. Am getting no where!

If the landline rings, does something prevent you answering it?
If calls are dropping unexpectedly, it's only a call trace that will identify the reason - this needs to be run from the caller's end, in your case by reporting the issue to EE CS.
