Thanks for coming here.
SIM Orders are sent by Royal Mail and will usually be delivered within 2-5 working days.
If you have not received the SIM card, please call our mobile guides on 0800 956 6000 and they can check this for you.
Thanks.

Ordered a sim card on the 3rd June, which has still not been received,
and have ordered another one today, assume that I have paid each time.
Please can this urgently be sent, I have no mobile phone, the sim card
was damaged when it was taken out to be placed in another phone.
Regards
William

Welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear the first one didn't turn up. You have the option of popping into on of our EE Stores for a replacement SIM, if it's easier. You'll need to take some photo ID with you to do that.

The SIMs are sent through the postal service, so should arrive within four working days, @williameroberts. Hopefully this most recent order is with you soon.
To discuss the order and charges, I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team. They have access to your account and will be able to check what's happening.
