Have been using Esim without issue now getting frequent missed calls due to no signal.
I have tried to delete the Esim and download a new one, but now i cant activate it as i cant receive the code.
Also unable to make calls.
Can anyone help

@paulyd1 Deleting an esim is not going to resolve a connection or signal issue. The eSIM is just a digit SIM card.
You should have tried a network reset on the device. You’ll now have to call customer services to help resolve the new issue you created aa they can activate the eSIM.

Thanks for coming here.
You would need to call us or visit an EE Store with photo ID to get a replacement for the deleted eSIM.
