received a replacement sim but it is not clear as to how i activate it in my phone. my old sim does not work at all so i cannot receive texts etc. How do i activate  my new one?

Tried this - sim has been in phone for 24hrs, shows EE Network in System/Network/internet but still cannot make/receive calls. Old sim does nit work at all, been tried at our local EE shop.

Hi @Bruge 

just wondering what you did to fix this, currently going through the same thing. Even when I go to talk to ee it’s all automated voices and doesn’t solve the issue

You can find ways to contact us on our Mobile (ee.co.uk) page, this includes a message us option to see if the messaging team can register the SIM for you. Or, you can call us from any phone and select option 1, option 2 then account queries and let the agent know your mobile number.
