replacement SIM card not working

I ordered a replacement SIM card two days ago and got it today. It's not working, no signal, nothing. I tried to activate it and still not working......

Thanks for coming here. 

Is your SIM pay as you go or pay monthly?

Was the reason for a replacement SIM because your old SIM is lost/stolen?
