Hi, I recently transferred over from BT Mobile. I activated the new EE SIM on 28th March, but the porting request still not complete. I have restarted multiple times. I also appear to be unable to make calls, so I cannot call EE on the suggested helpline. How do I know when my number has been ported?

@ainsword This should of been completed by now. Does your BT sim still work ? If it does you can call from that.

You should have received a text message from EE the working day after PAC submission, to confirm your port-in is complete.
If you haven't, or there's an issue with your service afterwards, EE CS have access to your individual account and should be your next port-of-call. 150 from your EE mobile or 0800 0798586 from any other phone.
