I ported 4 numbers from a BT Family Sim Plan on 21st April. 2 of the numbers went through ok but the other 2 are stuck.
Spoken to Service team 3 or 4 times but getting nowhere. They keep telling me to wait 72 hours! That's nearly 2 weeks now.
They say the matter has been escalated and quoted an Issue number but still nothing.
Any Ideas how I can pursue this further?
Also, does anybody actually know what the technical issue is which causes a number to get stuck through porting?

@GordonMathieson : Nowt will be done with porting over this Bank Hol. Check again on Tues.

Well I knew that but still need a solution.
