im currently setting up my new phone but dont have the old one with me as it is lost, could i send me esim to my mums phone and then delete it, would i still be able to use the number on my new phone

could i activate me new esim for my phone on my mums icloud then transfer it to my icloud

@zacscarborough , if you log in to your account either via My EE App or online click on settings, scroll down and there you can order a replacement SIM card, once you have the SIM card you can change it to an e-sim card, but the E-sim can only be on your own phone, as it has to be on your account, not your mother’s.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

can i add my phone number to an account to get a message

Hi there @zacscarborough

If you have lost the SIM card and unable to receive the PIN that is required for a replacement SIM card you would need to call us on 0800 079 8586 and the team will get you a new SIM card sent out. 

Or, you can pop into an EE Store with photo ID for a replacement SIM card. 

We would be unable to send an eSIM to any other number.

ive just got a new phone and cant get into because i dont have my old one with me as its lost, would i be able set up my esim on another phone to get the text message with the code then use the number on my new device once ive got into it

no ive just got the new iphone 14 pro max but cant get into it because it keeps sending the verificaiton code to my number which i cant get because i dont have my old phone
