You can visit How Do I Cancel My Contract with EE for self-service options, including PAC code to take your number.

Alternatively, text PAC to 65075 from the phone you want the PAC number for. 

However, as you are looking to move to another provider it may be worth giving our disconnections team a call on 150 who can issue your PAC code, and also see what they can do to help you stay with us.

You can text PAC to 65075 from the number you wish to disconnect.
