Welcome to the community. Sorry to hear about your phone.

You need to speak to our Mobile Care team as soon as possible by calling 150 from another EE phone or one of the contact numbers on our get in touch help page.

Thanks for coming here. 

To report the phone as lost, you would need to call us on +44 7953966250, and select the option for lost and stolen. 

Our Mobile Care team will block the phone and SIM card for you and send you a replacement SIM card with the same number.

Sorry to hear your SIM was stolen. Please report this to Customer Service to block your SIM card from anyone else using it.
