iPhone 13 Pro Max No Sim

Hi Guys,

I have had my iPhone 13 Pro Max for over a year now and randomly my SIM card has now stopped working. Meaning I have no contact with anyone unless I’m connected to internet. I was advised to go into store for a replacement sim where I was told I couldn’t be served as I am a BT employee. So I jumped onto the online chat and they said they couldn’t help me either and that I have to go to store. I’m currently 8 months pregnant and need my phone for the obvious reasons🫠 I’ve ordered a replacement sim, but not my help chat button has disappeared so I don’t even know if it’s on its way. If the replacement sim doesn’t work what can I do? As my phone isn’t even recongnising ive got a SIM card in

Hi @Zoe_Karlie22

Did you get your phone from EE? It is very rare that I he sim fails.

You can call EE via Skype on the Freephone number in my signature.

Thanks

Hi Northerner!
Yeah so I used my employee discount and the phone came directly from EE. I’ve never had this happen to me before so I’m just praying that the replacement sim will work😌

thank you for you advice!
