iPad sim activated as iPhone number, now no service

Hi
i set my new IPad up today, I activated the sim to my number for my iPhone not the iPad number and now my iPhone has no service.

@Franpotter16 You are going to have to call customer services about this.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
