esim enquiry

Good morning, I have received an Ipad with a physical sim, however, I require esim as there is no physical port for a Sim Card. Has anybody else needed to do this and would they kindly point me in the right direction.

Welcome to the community.

Could you try downloading the EE App on your iPad and replacing the physical SIM with an eSIM? You can see the instructions under the 'Replace or swap to an eSIM' section of the Get, set up and use an eSIM help page.

Alternatively, if you're near an EE store, you could pop in with some photo ID and they'll be able to replace the physical SIM with an eSIM for you.
