can anybody answer has EE had a recent update of some sort, why can myself and my family never be able to take an upgrade out after a replacement sim. the store just says after 24 hours, makes no sense..

Others may understand your question, but I'm struggling to.
Are you saying that you've received a replacement SIM (for what reason?) and you are now unable to upgrade your phone?

Could you give us a little more information about what the problem is please? If it's an issue with upgrading online, please try using a different device or browser and let us know if it works any better.
