esim and physical sim both no service

hello, i tried activating my esim via app and my physical sim now does not work. my esim also failed to activate. both show no service.

Have you got your physical SIM inside the device still?

it is currently out. i have tried with the sim in and out but both show no service.

the physical sim was deactivated during the activation process however since the activation failed, both esim and physical sim are no service.

i am currently abroad and cannot contact EE directly. 

i do have a travel number however it is only able to receive calls but not make them.

Hi @axxxt

The reason this may have failed is we recommend activating SIMs when in the UK using the EE home network. 

Will you be returning to the UK soon?

The only way to activate the SIM now would be on your return to the UK.
