I bought an Apple 14 Pro few days ago and change my sim to eSim. It worked well at the beginning, but yesterday my eSim turned to no signals and the phone number changed to 00000000000. I’ve tried the replace eSim, however, I couldn’t receive the “ONE PIN” thing as I don’t have signal. And now I cannot use my phone except WiFi. What should I do?

Hi @asklyd,
How did you order your replacement SIM?
Did you factory reset your phone after installing the SIM? This would remove the eSIM from your device.

When I set the phone up it suggested an eSIM which I did following the instructions on the set up.
after the set up was complete it wouldn’t work so I left it until last night and it still didn’t work as did some of the apps and things were missing so I reset the whole phone to start again. Obviously the esim wasn’t there so I ordered a new eSIM this morning and followed the process but I couldn’t complete it as I can receive text message so I’ve been unable to complete the process

Hi @asklyd,
If you don't have an active SIM to receive a security PIN, please get in touch with Customer Care to activate your eSIM.
They'll be happy to help. 🙂
