eSim not working

I bought an Apple 14 Pro few days ago and change my sim to eSim. It worked well at the beginning, but yesterday my eSim turned to no signals and the phone number changed to 00000000000. I’ve tried the replace eSim, however, I couldn’t receive the “ONE PIN” thing as I don’t have signal. And now I cannot use my phone except WiFi. What should I do?

Hi @Kathy1229,

Have you tried rebooting the device? Why did you switch to an eSIM - do you use another physical sim in your phone?

If you have one nearby, an EE store will be able to give you an instant replacement sim or eSIM which should work immediately.

Thanks,
Alex

At midday today I'll be 60hrs waiting on eSIM. Madness isn't it?
Ever get yours sorted out?

Hi @asklyd,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

What problems are you experiencing with your eSIM?

James

I transferred my old sim into a new phone to an eSIM and the whole phone isn’t working at all and neither is the old Sim. I’ve rebooted my phone and my eSIM is now down as 00000000000 I have no house phone so I can’t ring.

I’ve recently bought an iPhone 14 on set up it transferred my sim to an eSIM which has never worked. I rebooted the phone and now my number is 00000000000 I can’t ring as I don’t have a landline. Nothing is working

Hi @asklyd,

When did you activate your replacement SIM?

Did you activate it at Activate your SIM (ee.co.uk)?

James

I transferred the sim on Thursday evening, no I didn’t activate it on ee as I wasn’t aware that I had to.  I have had to completely reboot the new phone as there were loads of other issues with the set up.
