I have contract and I can not convert to ESIM. I do not find the menu option enywhere. Why need to hide this option?

@Kerobi : Order a replacement SIM & select eSIM.

It's not that easy to find in the app. Press the profile icon, top right (the head and shoulders one). Settings and permissions, scroll down to device and SIM, and there should be an option to "Replace my SIM/eSIM".
