Hi, 

please excuse my naivety… is there a way of obtaining a new eSIM but using my old contract number at all?

@PCSLTD  Do you still use that contract number?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes, it's called a replacement SIM, but why do you need 1?
