just wondering if anyone could give me an answer. I received an eSIM via email through three after attending a festival. They emailed me one for 7 days to use at my next festival. Does anyone know if I am able to use this with my EE contract and will it mess up my phone ? I tried to contact customer service but had no luck. Thank you

@Lexarc123 It’ll make no difference to your EE contract or device It’s also best to temporarily remove the EE sim when you do this as sometimes scanning a QR code it’ll try and make the EE sim the eSIM. You end up with a failure message and it can be pain trying to work out why. Once the eSIM is working you can put the EE sim back in the device without issue.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
