Hi there,
I used to have my SIM card in my phone and I had a notification come into my phone to transfer to an eSIM I pressed ok and now I have no service or data to use and can only rely on my phones WIFI.
i went into settings to transfer back to my SIM card but there is only an option for my number has been transferred to an eSIM.
i reset my phone and still doesn’t work, I’m not even able to activate the eSIM where I have service and data or it wouldn’t be a problem.
need someone to either help me get my service and data back so I can use it either where to transfer back to a physical SIM card or by using the eSIM but so it works.
thanks,
Alfy

Hi @agribble
Thanks for coming here.
If an eSIM has been requested and the physical SIM has been deactivated, you would need a replacement SIM card.
You can order a replacement SIM card by giving us a call on 07953 966 150 and the team can get the SIM card posted to your account address, or you can visit an EE Store with photo ID to get the replacement.
Please see our How do I swap my SIM or get a new SIM? Help page for more details.
