Lost sim

Hi feew times i requested for new sim that i losted. I need my number back and i cat get it back

im currently setting up my new phone but dont have the old one with me as it is lost, could i send me esim to my mums phone and then delete it, would i still be able to use the number on my new phone 

PAC Code

Came over to EE - I have my PAC codes from Virgin but I dont know where I can enter them to swap the number.

Esim

Trying to activate my esim but neither phone has service to receive the code to activate it have no clue what to do as I can’t get no service and the only way I can use my phone is when connected to the Wi-Fi
