PAC activation

Hi, I recently added a new SIM card to my account which will be used in my partners phone. The SIM card was put into her phone last Thursday afternoon and is being recognised. At the time of ordering I gave my partners current number with Virgin Media and also the PAC code to transfer this number to the new SIM. As of this morning the transfer hasn't taken place. How long does this process normaly take?

Thanks for coming here. 

This should be the next working day after the SIM card has been used in the phone. 

Please call us on 150 and the team can check the number transfer has been set up and let you know when this will be completed.
